Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, right drag to pan.
Pivot turns the next click into a new centre of rotation. Click the part you care about and it spins around that instead of the whole model, which is what you want once you are close in. It switches itself off after one click so the drag that follows rotates rather than moving the pivot again.
Reset view puts the camera back where it started.
The material button cycles textures, vertex colour and the clay presets. Clay reads form better than a half broken material, which is why it is there.
Wireframe overlays the topology. Place light lets you drag across the surface to aim the key light straight at whatever you touch.
Hold ctrl and right drag to swing the light, shift and right drag to spin the environment.
Notes shows and hides the pins. Open the panel and use Add to drop new ones, then click the model. Hover a row to edit, delete, or drag it by the handle to reorder. With Add on you can also drag a pin on the model to move it off anything it is covering.
Save file writes a notes file you can send on. Drop that file back onto the page any time to load the pins again.
Setup holds lighting, environment, ambient occlusion, camera focal length, backdrop and shading. If a model arrives with the wrong normals, Shading forces it smooth or faceted without touching the file.
Refined adds ambient occlusion. Reference pins a chrome and grey ball with a colour chart.
With two models loaded, Compare wipes between them in one view, which reads small changes better, and Split puts them side by side. The outliner picks which model sits on each side.
The axis widget in the bottom left snaps the camera to front, side or top.
Setup holds a human reference. Tell it how tall the real object is and a 1.75m figure with a centimetre ruler appears beside it, sized to match. Nothing about the model changes.
Drop .obj or .glb files to load a model, .hdr to light it, and .json to load notes. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Drag OBJ or GLB files anywhere on this page, or pick them below. Drop an HDR to light the scene with it. Nothing is uploaded. Files are read in your browser and stay on your machine.
